Anand Srinivasan

A little about me.. I was born in one of the metropolitan cities of India, Chennai. If you haven't already heard of India, you are definitely missing out!! Gain an insight by going through our India page for information on this magnificent country of ours! Having spent most of my life in various parts of western and southern India, it has been quite a change for me to live in the USA. I currently live in the heart of Silicon Valley (Sunnyvale, California), which is right next to San Jose and some thirty-odd miles from San Francisco.

I spent most of my formative years in the Gujarat. Fluent in the local language, Gujarati, I also speak English, Hindi and Tamil, my native tongue. Though no linguist, I can understand a smattering of Kannada & Telugu. Of course, I'm often wrong in my translations, but I guess that's the fun part of learning a new language! When I am not listening to music or watching films, you can find me at the tennis courts or playing chess. My other hobbies include Hindu astrology and dabbling with new technologies.
